Where applicable, findings are documented using Florida’s current Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form, OIR-B1-1802 (Rev. 04/26), effective April 1, 2026. We evaluate only accessible and applicable components under Florida requirements; documentation and access limitations may affect what can be verified.
