When you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the contact information, property details, and messages you choose to share. Inspection scheduling involves your selected service, property address, client contact information, preferred appointment, and agent details when applicable. Only provide information needed for your inquiry or inspection; do not send payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive information through email or chat.
Booking and client reports
Our booking page embeds a scheduling portal hosted by KeyReport Pro. Information entered in that portal is handled through that service. Review any notices displayed by the booking provider before submitting information. The website also includes account and client report features, which use account information to provide access to inspection reports. The information needed depends on the feature you use.
Chatbot and third-party resources
The website loads a Chatling chatbot. If you use it, your messages are processed by Chatling to provide the chat service. Loading the widget may also send technical connection information to that provider. Read Chatling’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The site uses Google Fonts, so your browser may request font files from Google. External websites and embedded services have their own privacy notices.
How information is used

Contact and multi-property proposal requests
Our contact form sends your name, email, telephone number, inquiry type and message to our business mailbox through the configured Gmail mail connection. Multi-property proposals also collect an optional company name, the number of properties, primary locations and the requested inspection type. Optional property size, access limitations and requested scope may also be provided for a quote. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment or contract.
The form does not create a WordPress submission entry, and outgoing email logging is disabled in the configured mail plugin. Spam protection uses salted security counters for up to ten minutes and an anonymous submission-token marker for up to one day; submitted form contents are not stored in these counters. Business mailbox retention arrangements should be confirmed with Golden Key.
