Independent documentation for owners and managers
Golden Key inspects the physical condition of vacation rental homes for Airbnb and Vrbo owners, independent short-term rental hosts, remote owners, property managers and companies with multiple properties. We inspect, document and report independently of maintenance contractors. We do not provide cleaning, repairs, handyman work, property management or guest turnover services.

Preventive inspections may help identify apparent issues, document property conditions and support maintenance planning. Clear photographic findings help remote owners stay informed, identify concerns that may affect property availability and communicate with management teams. Inspections do not eliminate repairs or guarantee safety, guest satisfaction or protection from financial loss.
Post-Storm & Hurricane Property Assessments
After a major storm or hurricane, a scheduled visual assessment can document visible roof, siding and wall damage; damaged windows and doors; water intrusion; accessible attic moisture indicators; visible interior damage; and apparent drainage or debris concerns, with photographs. Visits require safe conditions, authorized property access and scheduling. There is no automatic deployment or guaranteed response time. This is not insurance claim adjustment, an engineering assessment or structural safety certification. Additional post-storm visits may carry separate fees.
Annual Vacation Rental Preventive Inspection Program
Request a tailored recurring program, such as one or two preventive inspections annually, with optional post-storm assessments. Frequency, scope, access arrangements and fees are agreed individually; no unlimited visits, fixed price or automatic storm response is promised.

Inspection scope and limitations
Services are subject to the inspection agreement, accessible and applicable conditions, Florida requirements, and the company’s insurance coverage. No mold testing, WDO inspection, engineering evaluation, or insurance claim adjustment is included.
