The website describes residential inspection services in Orlando and Central Florida. General descriptions do not establish the exact scope of every appointment. Booking an inspection

The existing booking page uses an embedded KeyReport Pro scheduling portal. Provide accurate contact, property, service, and appointment information. Review the confirmation and any terms shown during scheduling. Contact us if details need correction or if you have not received the information needed to confirm your appointment.

Pricing, payment, and appointment changes

Confirm the inspection fee, accepted payment method, payment timing, cancellation terms, and rescheduling arrangements directly with Golden Key before your appointment. This page does not establish a cancellation fee, refund entitlement, payment deadline, or guaranteed turnaround time. The applicable arrangements are those communicated and agreed for your inspection.

Inspection scope and findings

An inspection evaluates the visible, accessible property conditions within the agreed service scope at the time of inspection. Access limitations may affect what can be evaluated. Findings can indicate a need for repair, monitoring, or further assessment by a qualified specialist. An inspection is not a prediction of future performance or a warranty that every defect will be discovered. Refer to your inspection agreement and report for the specific scope and limitations.

Insurance-related inspections

A 4-point report or wind mitigation inspection documents relevant property features and conditions. Your insurer determines its documentation requirements, eligibility, pricing, and any discounts. Website descriptions do not promise insurance acceptance, coverage, a specific discount, or savings.

Use only accounts and inspection reports that you are authorized to access. Keep your login information private, and contact us if you suspect an access problem.
